I love this place for one reason… The Lobster Roll( or Lobsta, if you’re from Boston…lol). It’s a mound of lobster that they try to fit into a bun that has been buttered and flattopped to a beautiful golden color, it belongs at the end of a rainbow. When you bite into it, it’s a cacophony of flavors; the butter from the bun, the fresh lobster, tangy mayonnaise. Everything works in perfect harmony.
We liked it also because there were a couple of tables out front so we could bring Cooper with us. There’s not a lot of space but just enough for me to stuff my face while Cooper people watches.
Andy had a steak sandwhich that was made with peppers, onions and cheese. Another hit!
Another fun feature of this place is that they have some items that are not often found on the west coast, but that people from back east may remember from their childhood. For example they have Fluff! And an assortment of Tastykake treats. If you have a hankering for Butterscotch Krimpets, this is the place to go!
We would love to hear from you!
